How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are 3-5 business days once we receive the console, plus 1-3 days return post. We'll give you a clear turnaround when you get your quote.
What if it can't be fixed?
No fix, no fee on selected repairs. If we can't repair it, you only cover return post. We'll also offer a fair trade-in price if you'd rather offload it.
How much does postage cost?
You cover postage to us (usually $15-25 with Australia Post). Return post is included in the repair price for most jobs.
Is the repair covered by warranty?
Yes — every repair comes with a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault returns within 90 days, we'll fix it free.
Do you work on board-level repairs?
Yes. Our techs do micro-soldering and component-level board repairs — HDMI ports, power IC, BGA reflow, the lot. We don't just swap parts.
